I’m like super picky about what I eat and honestly some of the stuff in supplements freaks me out, like I just don’t wanna be putting random chemicals in my body and even doctors aren’t always sure about everything in these pills lol. my sister uses some app to check her makeup so she told me to try something like that for food/supplements and I found InSup. gotta say it’s kinda a relief now, I just snap a pic and boom, I see what’s in it and if it’s safe or not. sometimes the info is a bit overwhelming but better than stressing and guessing. makes me feel way calmer honestly.

okay so i didn't think i'd actually use this but my mom has like a MILLION vitamin bottles everywhere and i'm always like mom are you sure you need all this?? she's convinced everything works lol. tried to get her to download it but she literally won't even try, says her phone is "too confusing" 🙄 anyway i started using InSup just to check her stuff when i visit and now i'm weirdly hooked? like i check everything for me and my kids now. it's actually pretty nice to know if something is legit or just expensive placebo garbage idk it's just easy to use and doesn't make me feel dumb for not understanding all the science words. makes me feel better about what we're taking i guess also i've def thrown out a few of her sketchy ones when she's not looking 😬 sue me
