customer service is awful
this app is awful. i used to use it for smaller events that only go through here, and never had issues before. i was trying to attend this one event early in the month but had issues attending. i tried to contact support and they never contacted me back. the only email i got was “how would you rate the support you received” yet there was no support there… there was absolutely no help within the app or through email. i have been waiting weeks for a new email or anything but yet, nothing. this app does not care about their customers, they only care about money. do not use this app for tickets.
