Poor selling experience
I was given my tickets 15 minutes before my deadline to transfer them to someone who bought them since I couldn’t attend. Instead of giving me the option to get a refund, they gave me an extra ticket? That I couldn’t use because I sold them and was not attending the event anymore. The tickets sold a month or two prior to the event and did not send me the tickets until 15 minutes prior to my transfer deadline. They somehow “found a way” for me to sell my tickets after the deadline instead of giving me my full refund for the complete mess they put me through. Wouldn’t have even gotten resolved if I didn’t endure an hour long phone call. I would refrain from using this service.

Literal nightmare
We bought tickets to bad bunny as a gift and they sent us the wrong tickets but several reps swore the tickets would work until days later a supervisor agreed that we received the wrong tickets and that the they wouldn’t work so they set us up for replacement tickets but it took until the day of at 1:30pm local time to get them even though they said we would have them in the morning. My gf cried several times and spent hours dealing with this nightmare of an issue for a whole week on top the the stressful week she already was having trying to run a business in this economy. Safe to say we nor will any of our friends and family will be using Stub Hub ever again.
