The channels not run , you must update the app

The TV Remote & TV Live apps not working,
TV Remote app was working fine before like 8 months, but after an IOS update "I can't remember which one" the app was not able to launch (it crashes every time I run it), I've tried to change my LAN configurations and the my IR4000HD settings in all the possible ways and I've tried to update the IR4000HD firmware without a result! Also The TV Live app started to have the same problem (it crashes every time I run it as well) although it wasn't working fine before the IOS update, I was able to launch it but I couldn't start the streaming. My IR4000HD info is like the following: Software version: MESIBE 1.00.16 Loader version: IRDETO 3.2.1
