Awful app

I have the same complaints from users going back 3 years. Fluke has done an awful job with this app. I can’t crate and assets. Whatever asset I create in the app, it doesn’t save. And there seems to be no communication between the website and the app. This app looks dead and it doesn’t look like fluke is doing anything to fix.

My open letter to FLUKE. I hope this message finds you well so that you’ll forever have a sneaking suspicion that everything bad that happens to y’all from now on is a result of this interaction. But you don’t need any help or curse on my part for a proud legacy to be inundated like a tiny deserted island in a massive tidal wave by the acrid stench of monumentally bad corporate choices. I’ve loved FLUKE my whole life, bragged about you, treated you like royalty. I have many FLUKE meters. LOVE em! I didn’t expect such a wonderful app to be trouble free so I gladly extended my patience with its many inadequacies. I used to brag about the steadiness of FLUKE even in their lethargic movement in keeping up with advancements in technology. I’ve put up with the consistent glitching & crashing & server failures because nobody else has an answer to the one problem that this app used to solve; When I need to find a breaker or diagnose a circuit from the other end by myself more than 15 feet away, this app was gold! I keep two accounts, one on my personal phone & one on my work phone. I’d connect my personal phone to a meter or two & call my work phone thru the app with the live readings. Then I could wander all over the dang planet & still have live readings as I do my work so long as I have cell signal. But apparently there was a mandatory update that removed the ability to call & share live readings with teammates. No way to decline the update, no way to do it later, you simply were denied the ability to use the app at all unless you updated to the latest disappointment. Why did this happen?! As hip as Bluetooth is, it’s always short on range no matter where I seem to need it. This app had a unique capability that nothing else could satisfy, AND YOU FREAKING RUINED IT!!!!!! THERE ARE SO MANY WORDS THAT NEED TO BE SAID AS TO THE UNFORGIVABLE TRAVESTY THAT YOU HAVE COMMITTED THAT CANNOT BE EXPRESSED IN THIS FORMAT! In closing, it’s my most fervent hope that there’s an itchy spot in the middle of your back that cannot be reached, that every chair you sit in has one uneven leg, that your wifi quits at the best part of every movie, that your pillows are humid on both sides, that your fitted sheets pop off one corner every night, that your neighbors mow every time you fall asleep, that every restaurant is out of that one thing you like, that your socks twist & bunch inside your shoes, that your smoke alarm chirps only at 3 in the morning, that every sneeze vanishes just before the moment of release, that you have just enough windshield washer fluid to smear dirt across the glass, that you’re biscuits burn on the bottom & stay raw on the top, & your dogs bark at everything except thieves. If you had one ounce of self respect you’d quit your jobs & go work for the government where this level of incompetence is not just tolerated but encouraged. With all the respect that I can muster for what was left of a once reputable company… I AM DONE WITH YOU!!! In the style of comedian JWLJ
