Be careful, no phone support!!
I used the app a few times and it’s usually reliable. But a few weeks ago we had a very dangerous situation. We got stuck at a parking and the app was not responding or allowing us to open the door and leave. We were trapped and there’s no support or emergency assistance number. It was a very unpleasant situation. After 30-45 mins luckily someone opened the garage door and we were able to leave.

Worst help - possible scam !
I reserved a spot for what would be a too good to be true parking. When there was no parking, no way to cancel and no help, I parked in a public spot and so far have lost my money!
