REPORT YOUR OUTAGE
SMECO makes it easy to report an outage and receive outage updates. You can also use this app to view SMECO’s outage map. Under normal conditions, the map shows the number of customers affected, the crew status, and the estimated time of restoration. SMECO may also distribute news releases when widespread outages occur or when weather systems are expected to cause power outages.

Password issues
Just like everyone else says, when i enter my password correctly, it almost never works. It either forces me to reset my password, or i have to login through the browser to login with that password. It's really annoying. But when it actually works, everything works fine. Logging in is painful, if you can even get it to accept your credentials.

This app has not been updated in over a year. The password issue continues to linger. Which is to say that the password expires without telling the user. This requires calling Smeco and getting the password reset. The app password is also not tied to a biometric feature as many other apps do. This would make it more convenient for logging in. This app needs to be Updated now.
