Worst app worst company
Stay away from Honk! If you park somewhere and they have a QR code that directs you to honk mobile, you should get back in your car and park somewhere else. They charge extra fees for no reason (why not just bake it into the price) and for that “convenience” they issue you a parking permit for 0 minutes which earns you a parking violation and ticket that you then have to fight. The only reason I got the app was so that I could submit a claim, which they rejected. This company and their app sucks. Run away.

Do not ever use a honk mobile lot. If somewhere were to go wrong and say you couldn’t complete putting in your merchants code to validate your parking, these people will send you a bill for at least 1000% of what you would have paid for parking, and send you to collections if you refuse to succumb to their extortion. You have made an enemy today. I will never use this app or any of your lots in my life. And I will tell everyone I know to avoid you like the plague on society you are.
