Full of bugs and loud notification sound
Worst ever app I’ve ever seen. Visiting Toronto parked in a place and used the app. When time limit was approaching I tried many times to extend the session that keep saying not sufficient funds, start new session while there was more than enough funds in the wallet. I made a new session it worked. But when the previous session ended there was a loud trumpet, drum, and vehicle horns sound to remind me. And woke up my sleeping son. What kind of maniac would use such an absurd sound for notifications?!
Fix your crappy apps
Minimum wallet refill is too high
First of all, forcing users to fill a wallet instead of letting pay for parking directly is bad design. But secondly, making the minimum refill $20 is just abusive exploitation of users who don't need to use that much
