The worst. I would give it zero stars if possible
I found this app from Lincoln as they are a related vendor. Was excited for what initially appeared to be a terrific concept. Boy was I wrong. After I moved my schedule around a week prior to my appointment they cancelled less than an hour prior. They then tried to schedule a service for Sunday when vendors can’t work in my community. It took three phone calls to reach a human being. They claim their chat is monitored live. It is not. Do not WASTE your time or money. I’ll be sure to inform Lincoln Motors of the type of vendors they are associating with. If you don’t have the capacity to fulfill your services do not make appointments that you cannot keep. THE WORST
