We pickup all over Manhattan from the Financial District to 110th Street.
We offer free, contactless pickup & delivery between 7pm-9pm

We’re cashless, consistent, and convenient. Your order is automatically charged to your card on file and your receipt is emailed to you.
Regular laundry also known as wash & fold is returned in 24 hours.
Dry Cleaning is returned within 72 hours.

Rechelle Balanzat is the CEO & Founder of Juliette. She’s a solo female tech entrepreneur and launched Juliette Sept. 2014 from a basement laundromat in Murray Hill. She’s a distinguished graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, a Tory Burch Fellow, an All Raise Female Founder and graduate of the International Drycleaning & Laundry Institute.

Have to download their stupid app to cancel a pickup but the app won’t let me sign in first saying that the email/ password was wrong (it wasn’t), then saying I didn’t input anything (I did).

By far the best laundry & dry clean service
JULIETTE is the type of service you try once and question how you lived without it. It’s the way laundry & dry cleaning should be in the city. The app is a game changer and makes it super easy to schedule a pickup. You’ll have your clean and fresh smelling clothes returned in a day or so. SUPER CONSISTENT. I’d highly recommend stopping by their shop, it’s beautiful and reassuringly clean (the cleaning is done at the flagship store). Customer service is VIP service and would not be surprised if all the top fashion industry heads use this. You can tell the management is on top of their game and really care about providing the best experience for customers. Can’t recommend enough!
