IncidentView

IncidentView is a digital mapping app for first responders. Features include preplan display, dispatch integration, automatic vehicle location, and local fire infrastructure to help you respond fast and informed.

The app requests use of location services in the background. Note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
