Needs improvement
It basically gets the job done, but it needs some help. The helper needs to understand Apps, users and the Pharmacy System. If I determine that I can use a refill two weeks from now and place my order, it just doesn’t work! I start getting text messages within two days that my prescription is ready for pickup! Then I get warnings that my order will be restocked after another two days. If they ask for a “ready” date, why can’t it use my date? I give a date and time since I don’t live near the store! Also, it would be nice to include the cost as part of the text. I don’t know if the App doesn’t work as described, or is the pharmacist ignoring my request? In either case, the experience is annoying.
