Worked fine until recently…
Played videos such as mp4 files fine until recently, then stopped working across multiple iOS devices. Try to play at original setting, crashes every single time. Logged onto NAS and now Qvideo is requiring a 3rd party app to transcode videos, which of course needs purchasing a license? Ridiculous.

Much worse than Synology DS Video
I thought my DS Video was bad, but..... Qnap Qmedia/Video doesn’t support so many video and audio formats so it’s useless. Unless you find a third party player. Playing via HDMI and their remote control is another huge headache....I think I rushed a lot by switching from Synology to Qnap....
