Product works horribly
I have tried unsuccessfully to get help on two things. (1) First I can’t get rid of the question mark in the middle of the screen . They keep telling me the same thing. To delete and redownload but all it does it redownload the already purchased app. There is no way to get rid of that. They need to make the app update-able from within the already downloaded app. (2) The scanner only works on large print fonts. it has to be the exact size to work effectively. Note: So in essence i wasted my money on this crap product.
