Needs more features
I want to be able to configure my access point to prevent certain devices from connecting to it. One of my Sonos speakers in my living room keeps connecting to the AP on a different floor, through cement and steel walls, rather than the router that is less than 20’ away and has direct line of sight. Many cheaper brands have this feature, so my Synology routers are going on Ebay.

Covers the basics decently
The app covers the basics most people need but for “tinkerers” accessing settings through a web browser directly is the better way. The app does have a clean, intuitive UI that is a pleasure to use, but really needs a dark mode option.
