App still down
App has been down for 2 months now, with no end in site. Reps say it’s down for some iPhones but not Androids; that doesn’t help me. Since I’m not a signer on the account, I can’t make mobile deposits on the regular app. Only solution is to take deposits to the bank— so inconvenient and inefficient. This is way too long to be down.

Stopped working
The app stopped opening sometime in August 2025. Reinstalled, same issue. Finally called us bank on 9/23/25 - they said an update is coming 9/29/25. Fingers crossed that resolves it.
