Sometimes it just doesn't work. Can't pay. Can't get help
Second time in the last few weeks the app has been useless and this happens sporadically, but it also continues to happen. Either the app won't load, the purchase button won't function or, today there was no way to pay on the purchase page and help will not load. Since I can't get help via the app and every link I find forces me to the app, I'm leaving feedback here. I'm sure tomorrow it will work fine

Find another way to pay for parking
This app is horrible. It is buggy, and it often doesn’t work. Is it too much to ask for an app to consistently load a list of parking lots near a location? Apparently, for this app, it is. I have been trying to pay for parking for 20min now. I have tried the app, a mobile browser, and a desktop browser and all I get is the spinning C logo, which I am really starting to hate. Do better.
