The worst app…
First off…I just wanted to pay a bill…something that should take a few minutes…went to the website, didn’t work…tried different browser maybe that was the problem..nope, doesn’t work…then I figured I would try the app to pay the bill…horrible…this app is poorly designed just like their website,…it’s a thing with nova…good luck if you need to call customer service for help…the moment my contract is up, I’m switching companies…if could give negative stars for this app and nova as a whole I would…
