Our Diabetes Prevention and Weight Loss Program covers a variety of health and wellness topics including meal planning, tips for eating away from home, and ways to increase daily physical activity. The Fruit Street mobile app allows program participants to take photos of their food, receive comments on meals from dietitians, and text message with dietitians.
Program Features Include:
• Group Video chat with your Registered Dietitian
• Track your snacks and meals, while tallying daily fruit and vegetable servings, in your food log.
• Chat with your Registered Dietitian and other members in your group
• Connect to your Apple Health account and view your Health Data
