About 50 Pull-ups BeStronger
The 50 Pull-Ups app includes the following functionality:
💪 11 training programs for different fitness levels
💪 quick stats (your current average pull-up level, current program, status and medals)
💪 You will not miss workout, app has a reminder function
💪 warm up before and cool down after training
💪 the ability to change the program in case of unsuccessful training
Observe a rest and proper diet.
This course is designed for a maximum of 50 pull-ups. Of course, in order to achieve such results, you will have to work seriously, but this is not a fantasy, but a very real indicator. Organizing your workouts will be much easier with our app.
Most people pull up less than 10 times, and few can pull up more than 15 times. Thanks to our training, you can increase this result. Our program is designed so that everyone can reach the level of 30 pull-ups. And for those who are not enough and 50.
Just follow the instructions of the application and in just a week you will feel the result.

It would be great to let users customize the number of sets (e.g., 3, 4, or 5) in the workout plan. Thank you

Seems good, very simple app but gets the job done. I don't like how it starts you on the half pull-ups, I didn't want to do those. Been using it for a few days so after a few weeks I'll update my review.
