Glitchy app
I am a paying customer and have square appointments for my business. They recently did an upgrade and caused several fees on my account. Support did not do anything to make it right. Additionally, the app will not allow me to update my schedule. When I add a new time, it reverts back to what it assumes it is that I need. For example, I have 1pm-3pm and 3pm-5pm. When I add another time frame, I try changing the time from 11am- 1pm. The system reverts to 3:05 pm. It wants to continue off from the last appointment but I am trying to add the first appointment. Multiple calls to support is frustrating as the rep’s understanding is limited and they usually just read off a script.

KEYBOARD BUG
It’s a good app to set appointments, but when I want to wait my services description the key board keeps hiding what I want to see, how can I see what I’m typing if the key board blocks it, and I can’t edit the end of the description I would have to go to the first sentence and then scroll my way down. FIX THIS KEYBOARD BUG (iPhone 15) Update Now it won’t let me type??
