This Philpost QR Scanner application will decrypt the encrypted code that is scanned in the Philippine Postal ID. Using this scanner it will display the information of the card (postal reference no., birthdate, card expiry date, name and gender).
And has a capability to search for the nearest Philippines Postal offices within the current location of the user and can give a directions or route on how to go on the specific postal office that has been clicked by the user.
Both feature requires an internet connection to process the request of the user.

Missing address standardization & post office search
I downloaded this app to try to standardize an address for the Philippines, but it does not offer that feature. It does have a feature to locate a post office, but it only uses your current location, and doesn't let you search by province, or even zoom in on the map to pick a post office. Lots of room for improvement here.
