God awful as a field tech
Grievances with field edge: Why not have work order description visible as soon as you open a job? No swipe features. Search function in price book has to be exact, which is absurd. “Do you want to set this job to traveling?” pop up every time you open a job, even if you’re currently working a separate job. Why would I be traveling anywhere before closing or pausing my previous job? WORK SUMMARY HAS NO AUTO CORRECT AND THE UI KEEPS AUTO SCROLLING AWAY FROM THE TEXT SO I CAN’T SEE WHAT I’M TYPING. ABYSMAL. I shouldn’t have to write my summary in the notes app and copy and paste it. PLEASE FIX this. As a field tech this app is the bane of my existence.
