Have to kill and reopen the app because it freezes about 20 times a day, literally. UI is not intuitive. Certain pins will not populate to assigned. Garbage.

We use NRBY to track productivity and drop “pins” as proof of work and time spent on job. First off, the app is glitchy and crashes often. When you contact support for help all you get is “Clear the cache.” Second, why does the app and the GPS always have to run in the background? I already have issues on my work phone with battery life because of all the other apps the organization uses to track every instance of my day. When you close the app out, it only opens it right back up. If you don’t allow the GPS unrestricted access to your location, it won’t allow you to use the app. All I need is another app constantly running and constantly tracking me to drain the battery even faster. Third, I have had previous experience using this app for exactly what it was designed to do. It was a construction and safety platform and it excelled at that. Once I came here and we had to start using it to track productivity and time on job, my opinion of it nosedived into the trash can. I’ve had better luck using the desktop version than I have the app but, the desktop version requires you to log-in every few hours and it won’t warn you that have have to log-in until you try to create a pin. All I can say about this piece of junk is don’t waste your time with it. It’s absolute garbage.
