About Pulse - Breathing & Meditation

Stress at work, school or uni? Stressed at home?

Use the relaxation-program (used by military groups to reduce stress in battlefield situations) to release the natural sedatives of the body and become laser-focused again within a minute.

Pulse features...

- Calming and satisfying breath visualisation
- An eye-caring dark mode that enables itself in dark environments
- Apple HealthKit-integration
- Optional breathing reminders that help you build a habit out of relaxation

Demands private data/ phone number

I don’t know what level of delusional is required for an app developer to demand a customer verify their personal phone number in order to use a dime-a-dozen breathing app, but I can guarantee I am not ok with the level of permissions requested for a breathing app to function…there are so many other options, there literally is zero reason to give up personal data in exchange for this one. Absolutely NOT.

Shady

Without explanation, requires you to enter your phone number. What this has to do with meditation and what they do with your number is any body’s guess.
