App/Website Update Sucks
I never used to have a problem with this app or the website, but ever since they did the update that requires a verification code it doesn’t work. The app won’t pop up with a window to input the code and when I try to do it via the website it doesn’t let me hit the submit button after entering the code.

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE
This is the worst insurance ever!! This people does not explain you their real coverage or when it actually starts. If you do a claim before 15 days, they will not cover your pet at that time, and they will not do it ever in their life. Because it is in the “record” that you pet had it before the 15 days period. Before you do anything, it is better to call as you will cancel the coverage and they will tell you all the real policies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE !
