Insufficient Alarm
The app is straight forward enough but the alarm is a single low volume chirp and entirely insufficient for alerting someone who is not specifically waiting for the alert. There is no way to adjust or customize the alarm.

NO ALERTS
messages are received but app no longer triggers any audible alerts, popup notifications or badges which defeats the intended purpose of a "critical alerting tool" for business use
