The worst insurance company
Its not worth to use this insurance, most of the time copay is only 80% percent of the bill and again premium on this.

Can’t log into the Surest App
I have not been able to log into the Surest app since late 2025. When attempting to log in, the app states there is an error with the Health Safe ID that provides the authentication. When logging in via the browser, I’m redirected to the app which does not load or log me in. My only choice is to delete the app and only use the browser on my phone or on my PC. I’ve contacted support and they were not able to resolve the issue or provide any explanation. I have deleted and reinstalled the app with no success with logging in.
