About CENSECFOR Toolbox
An Official U.S. Navy mobile application, produced by MyNavy HR IT Solutions
The Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) Toolbox provides on-demand access to selected weapons training courses and the new interactive Master-at-Arms (MA) rate training manual. The app also delivers information that students need to know before reporting to CENSECFOR learning sites.
The CENSECFOR app is useful to Navy applicants, current Sailors, transitioning Sailors, Veterans and civilian users. The updated version offers improved navigation and email interfaces, allowing users to send content and training certificates to themselves, others, and their electronic training jacket (ETJ). The app supports printing if the capability exists on the mobile phone or tablet.
CENSECFOR includes useful information about course prerequisites and locations, emergency resources, an overview of other required training, points of contact for additional CENSECFOR courses, and required gear lists.
Master-at-Arms Rate Training Manual (MA RTM):
The MA RTM contains the full spectrum of rating information across the three pillars of force protection: Antiterrorism, Physical Security, and Law Enforcement. These are presented in an interactive, searchable format. In addition to the RTM text, users can take chapter knowledge checks to test their command of the material and search for specific topics. Users can generate a certificate of completion after obtaining a passing score on the overall exam.
Training Courses:
The seven training courses listed below cover safety, marksmanship, and maintenance and operations, along with weapon-specific technical information. The purpose of the Personal Firearms Safety and Guidelines course is to teach about personal firearms safety, and this training does not include post-tests.
