App is bad but the Kastle functionality goes down every time the internet has a hiccup. You cannot copy and paste phone numbers into this app. You have to manually enter your guest’s phone number digit by digit. Most of the time the app won’t even pick up when someone’s trying to call you from the call box. I really miss the days when the call box would simply just call your phone

this app and company is the absolute worst. the features barely work. the app itself is clunky. if you are touring an apartment that had this company as tech.. don’t walk, run away. it’s a headache and a pain to use.
