Robot Sounds and Dropped calls

We have upraded our internet to fiber, I’ve got a new iPhone phone, and I used the best Bose headphones available. I take customer calls seriously. However, something has changed with the app, my calls will drop, I also get the robot sound. I’m not confident in this product.

This app doesn’t work at all

This app just keeps getting worse. There was a time where I could see incoming calls but when I tried to answer it just hung up. Now I don’t receive any calls and I can’t make any calls with it either. As this is used for business, it would really help if I could answer phone calls while I’m on the road and not at my desk.
