There's a serious bug in the app. Job openings appear in the app a few seconds before notifications arrive. Therefore, all the openings are being claimed by people who are logged in and manually refreshing the app every 5 minutes. I have 1,000 completed jobs and a 5-star rating, yet I can't fill a single opening because of these people constantly refreshing the app. Please address this issue urgently and ensure that job releases are synchronized with notifications to guarantee fair access for all professionals.
