Overcharged and manipulated for a new contract to collect more money for commission and did not Base my credit criminal and the facts were rating in the $80,000 spent on Leads and my business was growing, but based on their decision, they terminated my contract because of an old family member that I have no relation to that is not in business nor operates under the same scope of work that I and they are not even on Angie’s platform they terminated my contract immediately be collected $3000 in the same day. I have all disputes with my bank and they did not even tell me I researched and found this information out myself. Contract the day before absolutely unethical, unprofessional, and manipulated. And then goes to highly disappointed and would not recommend.

Three months with Angi’s List has been nothing short of a costly disaster. Customer service provides no real solutions, most leads never respond, and the rare contact is usually price-shopping or seeking free work. For the amount contractors are charged, the lack of lead verification is unacceptable. Completely disappointed.
