Timing is not right
Ordered ahead for noon, waited in the store until 12:36 for my food. Perhaps they are taking too many online orders, but having to wait almost 40 minutes after schedule pick up time feels a little egregious

Upsetting
I ordered my food in advance and when I got there I was told my order wasn’t ready I sat there for 20 minutes before the lady asked for an update on my order it was sitting on there counter the whole time very disappointing.
