Seabees RTMs

The Navy’s Seabees Rate Training Manuals (RTM) mobile application gives Sailors in seven occupational fields a convenient way to complete required basic and advanced training – anytime, anywhere.

The Seabees RTM app features guides for Builder, Construction Electrician, Construction Mechanic, Engineering Aide, Equipment Operation, Steelworker and Utilitiesman ratings.

The guides can be viewed offline in a PDF format. Each chapter in the RTM has review questions that assess learning. A score of 80% or higher is needed to pass each chapter, as well as the entire course. Course completions are sent to Navy Training Management and Planning System as either pass or fail.

These rating guides, developed by the Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering, support the Navy’s advancement exam and promotion cycles.
