Login required for instructions on creating login
This just about sums up my overall experience with SNOW. Would be nice if once the form saw my corporate domain it would redirect me to SSO. But as a consolation prize, being able to register for a ServiceNow ID with a clearly marked link would work. Ok fine, I’ll click “How to create a ServiceNow ID —> Step by step instructions with screen shots.” Nope, the how-to article on creating a login requires a login to view. Can’t even be mad, thanks for the chuckle.

Not sure why this is required to get support
The app is mediocre, but I’m mainly frustrated that I had to download it in the first place. I use Now Support once or twice per year to quickly look at a record. Just let me use the desktop site on mobile.
