Not good for IT
I guess this app is meant for someone more on the business side. For ITIL IT staff - nothing really here for you. This feels like the shell of an app.

Typically requires me to login at least twice before I can access any content and the session expires near instantly. We use the app to Covid health checks when entering the building, so mornings I go in I am forced to use this atrocious login process 4+ times. Also the app is just called “Mobile” so when I try to search for Service Now it never comes up. Super inconvenient.
