File/Folder sort order selection
Doco describes the procedure to bring up the file/folder sort menu. It does not work. This is essential to successfully operating this device. Otherwise, this is a very useful device.

It Actually Works!
So idk why a lot of previous reviews are so bad...maybe the ones who have no problems with it just keeps using it and forget to review and the unlucky ones do these 1-2 stars reviews. But I've been using this whole storage thing for about a year now and it works great for my iphone 15! It takes a little bit to learn how things work but once you try it out and get the gist of it everything is pretty easy! I was also able to transfer everything onto my Macbook so that I could save even more storage and continue this for a long time before buying a new one 😃
