Why don’t you update the software? What a ripoff I can’t even accumulate saved photos anymore! POS

Does not see ipad files.
Just installed the JD App on my ipad. It sees my photos but none of my files. I went to the support page and clicked on live chat. 404 Error. Not good. It Claims they have live support till 10pm EST. They do NOT. I tried to enter a support email but it never seemed to send the request. Not good. If I cannot get this resolved soon, I will return the JD Memory Drive.
