app is nonfunctional
i don’t want to give this app money, i don’t agree with the idea of a centralized laundry lord company BUT i need to do laundry so i want to add money to this app yet this app won’t let me. everytime i try to add funds by apple pay or adding a card the app issues an error message and freezes. i’ve tried with credit and debit cards, makes no difference. my boyfriend called the company, the app doesn’t work on either of our phones and they said to turn off the phone and uninstall/reinstall the app which ya didn’t work. we have opens a service ticket with their company but can’t do laundry in the meantime because this miserly, wicked company made out building sign a contract to no longer accept coins in the machine. this app is holding our laundry hostage, it won’t let us add money so we can’t do laundry until their support fixes this janky, barely functional app. you wood think a company that makes money on laundry would want it’s unwilling customers to be able to pay this app, yet that function is broken. there was nothing wrong with coins, coins always work, this is an app created by a company to create more problems and complicate what should be an easy process, laundry!!! 0/10, didn’t ask for this company to buy the machines in our building, didn’t want to use it but they have forced me to use their broken app thanks a lot i hope your company goes bankrupt and all the ceos spouses divorce them out of shame & keep the house. you guys suck big time, could not detest you more csc go.
