Creamy came home sweet and clean. On just her second visit, she was excited and happy to go in. They must be doing something right with her.

Dog So Happy-Big Furry Pet

Meechie needed a haircut. He’s a big dog, 80 pounds, lots of hair, matted. I needed help. I made an appointment with Scenthound, and what all dog owners want is for their dog to be treated kindly, and as their own. Upon arrival and discussing his treatment plan, I was given choices on what to expect from his 1st visit on his hair length and cut and was kept in loop once his treatment started. My dog got 5-star service all the way. All services he received were top notch: hair cut, ears cleaned, nails trimmed, teeth brushed, and oh my gosh, what a difference in my dog’s behavior afterwards. He’s restful, has a smile on his face, looks gorgeous (didn’t recognize him at first). He received top notch service, and patience from staff and I can’t say how happy I am at how well I was treated as well. I am now officially a member and am looking forward to his next visit in October. Thanks again for your top notch service.

Lacking

Mediocre app. Alert that my dog is ready and didn’t realize until 42 mins later. Zoom over, nope. Calendar functionality for appointment is mediocre and not realtime. Checking out requires entering payment information again. Deleted.

Very pleased

I do all my communicating by text, phone, or in person, so I cannot comment on the app, but the services are wonderful! I have 3 standard Aussie farm dogs (think burrs in coat, skunk blasts, muddy…). Because of this service, my dogs are clean (most of the time), rarely have any mats, toenails are kept short. It’s much less time consuming for me to drop the dogs off, run a couple of errands, and come back to pick up my clean dogs. I have the basic package, but I add the deshedding treatment once a quarter, and my house stays much cleaner as a result. Give them a try! They work hard to please, and they clearly love dogs.

Most pointless app

When I try my login, it says the password is incorrect. Then I try to reset my password, and it says it cannot find an account with my email address. So then I click register, and I type in the same email address, and it says that an account is already found with that email address. So then I hit send password, and it says it cannot find an account without email address. I have called the store and had them reset my email multiple times and nobody can get this stupid app to work.
