About Nobs

No diets, no transformation pictures and no counting calories ~ meet Nobs App, by online personal trainer Lucy Mountain.

Lucy was bored of humans being made to feel like they need to follow restrictive meal plans and unsustainable workout plans in order to be doing ‘fitness’.
So she called bs on it ~ and took it basics. Nobs App was born. Join the family.

Lovely workouts, app needs updates

I followed Lucy a few years back and loved her content. When I was looking for a new workout program, I remembered her app. I tried it out last week and I love the workouts BUT, sadly, the app hasn’t received an update in over 11 months. As such, it is buggy and not working right. For example, I’m unable to input the weight for any exercise I do. And I’m not able to change it to lbs either. Based on this, I am not going to be able to continue my membership. A great app, but it needs some love and consistent updates so it can work properly again! I will continue to check back in periodically to see if this happens because I really do want to support Lucy’s program and do these great workouts!

Made me fall in love with the gym

Overall, I love the app. It makes lifting and using gym equipment very accessible to newbies. Even though I'm not a newbie anymore, i keep using this app because I like the presentation and the workout plans. I especially LOVE the ability to swap out exercises! I do find it to be buggy sometimes, though. I've sometimes noticed that the data for a particular exercise (the history, reps, description, body parts worked etc) seems like it's mapped to a completely different exercise. I haven't encountered that particular bug too often, but it's really frustrating when it does happen. Also, I really want to be able to set my preferred weight unit. The app defaults to kg and it's quite annoying to manually switch to lbs for every exercise.
