Almost, but not quite.
The app is ok-ish, basic functionality and enough to fumble through to book flights and see flight status. The glaring miss in the app is the inability to retrieve your boarding pass in app at any time. My last flight after check in the “click here” link for boarding passes allowed me to add one to my wallet but the other 2 gave error codes which forced me to the counter to print boarding passes. Seems like an easy upgrade to improve overall customer service, especially since call wait times are close to 3 hours. Avelo, you can do better with in app self service development , we believe in you!

Worst Airline Ever
Use Spirit, or walk. Seriously this airline is beyond horrible. Terrible customer service, check every small print available. Paying for checked bags does not guarantee you can actually check bags. I’d recommend walking over flying them but maybe if they pay you a significant fund, it’s worth a huge risk but I still wouldn’t. Could not recommend to avoid them enough
