Not the worst app, but for the price it could and should be better

I paid $160 for access here. Why does the audiobook function sound this bad? Seriously it’s not a half bad concept, but the terrible, disjointed voice paired with the complete lack of contextual understanding render it pretty unhelpful. And that’s just one of a long list of features that shouldn’t be this bad on what is essentially a $160 app.

Schools mixed up

My issue is somehow my username from Lonestar college from 3 years ago is now my username for the college I’m at now. Somehow the crisscrossed my last semester at UHD. This issue should not happen, if your at a different school old account should not crisscross with new account
