Patient Adherence reporting Toolkit using Video Observed Therapy for TB Patients in Uganda. The toolkit provides patients to provide daily adherence reports using low-resource videos as proof of taking medicine. The toolkit also provides reminders for medication, due test and also tracks patient treatment plan.
