What is the Warrior Toughness App?


The Warrior Toughness app is an extension of the Warrior Toughness training program, which teaches Sailors techniques that allow them to perform at their peak in challenging circumstances. The app provides exercises and interactive worksheets based on proven sports-science methods. By building and using these skill sets regularly, Sailors will be able to perform at their highest level. This app is ideal for any Sailor who wants to build or refresh their Warrior Toughness skill set.


What is in the Warrior Toughness App?


The Warrior Toughness app includes the Warrior Mindset guided program, as well as exercises and exportable worksheets that allow Sailors to save and track their progress. The Warrior Toughness app is divided into three main sections:


Warrior Mindset: Intended as a recurring exercise, the Warrior Mindset section leads Sailors, step by step, through the four pillars of the Warrior Mindset cycle: Commitment, Preparation, Execution, and Reflection. Each pillar comes with relevant exercises and worksheets that help Sailors hone their Warrior Toughness skills. This section also contains downloadable videos and an introduction to help Sailors navigate each step of the Warrior Mindset.


Character & Spiritual Toughness: Gives Sailors direct access to the Warrior Ethos and Sea Stories worksheets.


Performance Psych Skills: Includes direct access to the Energy Management, Mental Rehearsal, Goal Setting, Self-Confidence, Self-Talk, and Smart Goal worksheets. Sailors can also access a suite of six mindfulness exercises and a Smart Goal questionnaire.
