Not needed, doesn’t work anyway
The ChargePoint Installer app says it requires a licensed electrician to use the app and activate the charger. When my electrician arrived, he said the app doesn’t work, and is not needed. He showed me how to use the owner’s ChargePoint app to activate the charger, ser the amperage, and connect to WiFi. I had replaced a defective charger (the WiFi stopped working after a couple of months), and the installation instructions said to use the ChargePoint Service Pro app for activation. This Installer app was the only other ChargePoint app available. ChargePoint needs to clean up their act and keep their apps and instructions in synch.

Frustration not needed
I am not sure whether the Chargepoint Installer iOS application was the problem or the backend processing. There was a long delay getting my new ChargePoint Home Flex charger operational. The licensed electrician and I did call the ChargePoint technical support for assistant getting our amperage set to my investment in power wire and 60 amp breaker. After two attempts the ChargePoint technical support person was able to change the amperage to 48 after we had specified during the initial value in to Installer app. An additional 45 minutes was not needed if the iOS app and backend services were working correctly. I trust there is a very strong, secure connection to my ChargePoint Home Flex charger. The good news the Home Flex is fully functional.
