Poorly designed poorly executed
One of the worst apps to have to use on a daily basis- it’s design is not optimized for a smartphone in 2026, it’s clunky, does not leverage the phones hardware for user experience or security (no Face ID, no NFC integration, no Apple Pay). It requires constant re-logins, the fields are not properly tagged to leverage the inbuilt, password manager, is slow as F and overall is a nightmare to use on an everyday basis. I just wish ChargePoint was more pervasive since it is 10 X better than this.

No secure passwords
I tried to enter a secure password from 1Password, but they do not allow pasting it in. It doesn’t support iOS built in password saving feature either. This encourages bad practices with passwords. I do not feel confident putting my credit card into an app with outdated practices like this.
