I appreciate the ease and convenience of the app. The only thing that I would change is a problem that I have on the screen that asks for building number and pick up and drop off a specific locations. Unless I put something in one of those boxes, it will not let me continue and book my ride. That is the only issue that I have.

App is fine, but the service…..
So the bus has a 30 min window to pick you up and I get picked up past that time frame regularly and that’s fine for them, traffic and adding rides regardless of scheduling conflicts. But, if the passenger isn’t there in 5 min they leave: I do not love it.
